Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with Omnidora within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund of your subscription fee.

To qualify for the guarantee:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of your first paid subscription
  • This applies to first-time subscribers only (not renewals or re-subscriptions)

2. Subscription Fees

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • After the 14-day guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscription fees are billed once per year in advance
  • The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to annual subscriptions
  • After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable
  • Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of your annual billing period

3. Usage-Based Charges

Usage-based charges (SMS messages, voice calls, AI interactions that exceed your plan limits) are billed monthly in arrears and are non-refundable. These charges represent actual costs incurred for third-party services.

  • SMS messages sent cannot be "unsent" and incur carrier fees
  • Voice call minutes are charged based on actual usage
  • AI processing charges are based on actual API consumption

4. Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases and add-ons (such as AI Playbooks, additional voice minutes packages, or setup fees) are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated. However:

  • Unused pre-purchased credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
  • If a purchased add-on does not function as described, contact support for resolution

5. Free Trial Period

If you sign up for a free trial:

  • You will not be charged during the free trial period
  • Your payment method may be authorized but not charged
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period
  • The 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date your first payment is processed

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your request
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  5. Refunds are credited to the original payment method

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription
  • Or email [email protected]
  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You can export your data before cancellation through Settings > Data Export
  • After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted outside the standard policy in the following cases:

  • Service outages: Extended service unavailability (over 24 hours) may qualify for prorated credits
  • Billing errors: Erroneous charges will be refunded in full
  • Legal requirements: Where required by applicable consumer protection laws
  • Account termination by us: If we terminate your account for reasons other than policy violations, unused prepaid amounts may be refunded
